No. You cannot send someone else to pick up your web order. Only the person holding the credit card who made the purchase will be able to pick up the order. No exceptions will be allowed.

If an inventory error prevents us from completing your order, it may be canceled. If so, we will send you an email with the details. For more information, please feel free to contact us.
Your tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been processed. The latter will be activated when the carrier picks up the order, usually at the end of a working day.

For any special order, please contact us. We can check availability and give you an estimate of the delivery time. Special orders are excluded from discounts and promotions and are always at regular price.
