Returns

15 DAYS:

You have 15 days to return any unused product, items on sale are considered FINAL SALE. All merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed before being returned.

RETURN REQUESTS:

All returns requests must be made via our email [email protected] with your order number. Return costs must be fully paid by the customer.

TRADES:

All returns will be exchanged and Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. To make an exchange, you will need to place a new online order for the correct replacement product. In this way, the replacement product will be reserved and shipped to you more quickly.

RETURNS IN STORE:

Upon presentation of the order receipt from your online store, unused products can be exchanged in store within 15 days of receipt of the order. It is also possible to exchange the products for store credit or an RST gift card.

EXCHANGE IN STORE:

By presenting your order invoice online, you have 30 days following the date of shipment of your order to obtain an exchange in our stores. (Delivery charges are non-refundable).

*IMPORTANT :

Only unused products in their original box or packaging will be accepted. Products marked as FINAL SALE on the product detail page have a final sale status and therefore cannot be returned. No returns on underwear.

HOLIDAY PERIOD (CHRISTMAS GIFTS)

Products purchased between November 1 and December 24 that were NOT IN LIQUIDATION can be credited and exchanged until January 31.

RECEIPT OF A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:

The customer is responsible for the immediate inspection of the products upon receipt. It is possible that the product may have been damaged during transport, be defective in its packaging or simply not be the correct product ordered. If this is the case, the customer should definitely contact RST within 7 days of receiving the package to let them know of the issue. We will then inform you of the procedure for the return or replacement.

PACKAGING PRODUCTS FOR A RETURN:

Please pack and protect the original boxes of the products before sending them back for a return. Shoes, helmets, parts, or other products must be returned in their original box or packaging, in their original condition, with no postage label, sticker or tape affixed directly to it.

Noticed : a repackaging fee will be charged if a product is returned in a damaged box or without its original box.
